Bark Raiders is a non-commercial hobby project and a game in development. By using this site or the browser prototype, you agree to these terms.

The prototype

The prototype is free and provided as-is, for fun and feedback. It may have bugs, change without warning, reset your saved progress, or go offline at any time. Signing up doesn't guarantee a playtest invite.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the Bark Raiders name, game, artwork, sound and code belong to us. You're welcome to share links, screenshots and videos of the prototype. Please don't copy, rehost or sell the game or its assets without asking first.

Using the site

Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or the prototype, or use them for anything unlawful.

Other sites

We link to other services, such as Kit for our mailing list. We're not responsible for their content or how they work.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or the prototype, including lost save progress. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Your privacy

Our privacy notice explains what data we handle and why.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
